Wills and Trusts – What Do I Need in an Estate Plan?
March 10, 2020 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 amFree
In a perfect world, we would ALL have our affairs in order.
In reality, most of us just aren’t sure what we should or need to do. And sometimes life is just busy or throws us curveballs and we’re just trying to make it through each day. Who has time to meet with a lawyer and make an estate plan, right?
And let’s be real – estate planning makes us talk about things that frankly can be really uncomfortable! So, it’s easy to procrastinate. You might not even really know what you should have in an estate plan.
But there is so much value in planning early before you lack the ability or capacity to do so. Don’t underestimate the peace of mind that comes from getting it done and protecting your family.
If you have been concerned about your lack of an estate plan or whether yours is adequate, don’t put it off any longer! Make it your priority as the new decade begins. Make 2020 the year you get it done!
Please join me on March 10th in my downtown office for coffee to learn about (1) what is a will-based versus a trust-based estate plan, (2) the documents that should be part of every estate plan, (3) the value of planning early before a potential accident or incapacity occurs, and (4) the various types of health planning documents that seem to confuse everyone.
Workshop is FREE, but space is limited to a small group so register now!
